At Bitcoin Sovryn, we don’t mass-produce. Every item is made on demand, created just for you. That means no waste, no excess, and a more intentional way of doing business.

Because of this, shipping may take a little longer than what you’re used to. But we believe that sovereignty is worth the wait and we appreciate your patience.

 

🛠 Processing Times

All items are custom-made by our trusted print-on-demand partners. Orders typically take:

  • 2–7 business days to process and create
  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or unexpected events (e.g. holidays, supply chain issues)

If any significant delays arise, we’ll notify you via email.

 

🚚 Delivery Times

Estimated shipping times after production:

  • UK & Domestic: 5–15 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days (varies by location & customs)

 

📦 Tracking Info

 You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships (where available).

⏳ Please note Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

 

💰Shipping Costs

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.

❗️International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes not included in your order total. These are the responsibility of the customer.

 

🌍 International Shipping

We ship globally to most countries. If your country is not available at checkout, unfortunately we do not yet deliver there.

International customers:

  • Be aware of local import fees and customs processes
  • Some tracking services may be limited depending on your region


📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send tracking info (if available). Some international shipments may not include tracking, depending on the service used.

🚫 Incorrect Shipping Details

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

We’re not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses
  • Additional shipping charges due to incorrect info

If you catch an error after ordering, email us ASAP at Join@BitcoinSovryn.com. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to correct it.

 

📦 Lost or Damaged Orders

In the rare case that your order is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Arrives damaged
  • Contains incorrect items

Please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the case.
